Sugar, our neighbor's dog, has found where we spend our days. She showed up at our schoolroom window eager to distract and entertain us! Of course it wasn't a hard sell for us, we were ready for a break anyway. 
One of the kids opened the window and popped off the screen and in jumped Sugar!
I think I need a grandchild..this puppy is looking very cute to me! She actually seems to smile when she sees us and bounds up the driveway and into our arms.

You're aware that if this family ever tires of this sweetie, she's gonna end up being yours, aren't you? She just seems to want to belong to you all. She is utterly irresistible.
Charity
At 5 months old and not close to being potty trained, I don't think I'm interested in more than being just an occasional "Auntie" to Sugar. The deaf issue is huge and makes training even more critical, but the little 12yr old owner is not equipped for the task. Sad but they have started leaving her outside on the end of a chain now. We treasure each time she gets off her rope and trots up for a snuggle. I think she likes it too!
